Webster Construction Group is a Southern Ontario firm operating a commercial contracting division and a residential renovation division (Webster Home Repair). The scopes differ; the standard of accountability does not.
Webster runs commercial contracting under its main brand and residential work through Webster Home Repair. The scopes are different. Our approach is not: understand the job, build the right team around it, communicate what is happening, and stay accountable through completion.

Webster’s team brings nine years of on-site experience across residential renovation and commercial construction — including restaurant and QSR renovation. The firm is built around the parts of the work clients should never have to chase: a clear number, a real schedule, direct communication, and early notice when something changes.
Operating model
We build the team to fit the project. We do not pass the accountability with it.
Webster works with a core team and subcontracted trades selected around the needs of each project. That keeps the delivery model flexible without pretending every job needs the same headcount. A single Webster project lead remains your primary contact, responsible for the working plan, communication, coordination, and closeout.

Webster Construction Group was founded by Andrew Webster. His name is on every project, every crew shirt, and every quote — because accountability that isn’t attached to a person tends to drift. Andrew leads the delivery model and remains directly reachable on any Webster project.
